By proceeding with access to Registration services you are deemed to have accepted these terms. Whilst we take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained within these pages is accurate and up-to-date, it is nonetheless supplied on an "as is" basis and accordingly we do not accept any liability for any errors or omissions. Your personal details are held solely for the purposes of sending out tickets and providing information for the NMC Convention. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose nor will we pass your details on to any third party. We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time without notice to you. We recommend you regularly revisit this page to ensure you have seen and are aware of our latest terms. In accordance with current legislation regarding distance selling, your ‘cooling off’ period, during which you have the right to cancel an order, expires on the 7th working day after you complete the transaction. You may also cancel, subject to a small handling charge, in the event you are not able to attend the Convention. This is providing notice is given, in writing, at least 14 days before the opening of the event. Should you wish to exercise your right to cancel, we require you to advise us of your intention immediately, by email to registration@northernmagiccircle.org.uk, so that we are able to issue a refund in a timely manner. Cancellations less than 14 days prior to the opening will only be considered on an individual basis. The Northern Magic Circle reserves the right to refuse cancellation during this period. English law shall govern the use of the website and in the event of a dispute you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
