The final line up for this year's Northern Magic Circle Convention has now been released with the addition of mentalism star Marc Paul, comedy juggler Steve Royle, the illusions of Guy Barrett and ventriloquist Steve Hewlett. These join the already confirmed star performers including: Nathan Kranzo (USA), Chris Priest (UK), John Hotowka(UK), Kostya Kimlat (USA), Dr Roger Woods (UK), Maurice Howarth (UK), Chris Cross (UK), Stephen Williams (UK), Brian Sefton(UK), Paul Joyce(UK), Darren Bonas (UK), John Dixon (UK) and Thom Peterson (USA).

The convention takes place on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th March 2010 at the Marine Hall, Fleetwood, Lancashire. All those who register before 31st January will be issued with a Golden Ticket and the lucky winners will be treated to an exclusive masterclass with Kostya Kimlat. The weekend will feature star lectures, competitions, an exclusive masterclass for all Northern Junior Members and finish with a fantastic gala show on the Sunday evening.

The Convention Team are pleased to announce the confirmed booking of Kostya Kimlat. Kostya will present his lecture which has been presented throughout the US, Europe, Japan and South America and magicians everywhere rave that this was the best lecture they have attended in years. You don't want to miss this!

Kostya will also be appearing in the close-up gala and everyone who registers before the 31st January 2010 will be entered into a draw for an exclusive and FREE masterclass (12 lucky winners) with Kostya which will take place over the convention weekend. Well the wheels are now well in motion for the 2010 Northern Magic Circle Convention. The newly assembled convention team of Stevie B, Allan Clarke, Nick Mohammed, Paul Sunderland, Alan Mylecraine and the current President Steve Gore are all busy working on schedules, artists, meetings with venues etc to ensure the momentum built at this years successful convention continues to grow.

We are currently in negotiations with a lot of performers from numerous locations throughout the world, and not only for the 2010 convention, but also for 2011 and 2012 too!!

We do have a number of acts already booked for 2010, two of which we can now tell you are, Nathan Kranzo who hails from America and John Hotowka who is based here in the UK.

Nathan Kranzo : Nathan hails from Michigan in America and has become one of the top magicians in the country. He is an inventor of magic; his original magic creations have been published in worldwide publications like Magic Magazine, Genii Magazine, and The Linking Ring Magazine. They are regularly used by some of the top performers in the world such as David Copperfield, Penn & Teller, Joshua Jay and Dynamo. He has also performed and lectured on numerous occasions at the world famous Magic Castle in Hollywood. Specialising in close-up magic, Nathan will be lecturing, as well as performing a close-up gala (which will also feature other performers) at next years convention plus a couple of surprise events too and is sure to be a huge hit.

John Hotowka : John will be no stranger to you having been at the top of his game for the past 20 years. He is one of the most sought after corporate entertainers currently working in the UK. Over the last five years he has evolved into an after dinner, business and keynote speaker but always with a very strong magical touch working for the likes of Initial, Hallmark Cards and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. He's performed in France, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, Croatia and Dubai. The variety and humour in his act has made John one of the best and, above all, most entertaining close-up and after dinner magical speakers of his generation. John will be the compere for the Sunday Gala show as well as presenting a 15 minute gala show spot and performing a lecture during the weekend.
